High-quality photography is paramount for all marketing, whether digital or traditional. The first impression a home makes on a buyer is the most important. Sotheby’s marketing positions homes to the most qualified buyers, but all listings are considered a continuation of the Sotheby’s marketing, and thus must showcase homes in their best light.
- Images need artistic perspective
- Images should have equal tones throughout, no black or white spots
- Images must be seasonally appropriate
- Exterior shots need to be visually appealing
- Images shall exclude personal items, toiletries, or untidy spaces
