Your company has hired a relocation service

If your company is relocating you, they might hire a “relocation service company” to help facilitate your move. These services will arrange packers, movers, and help facilitate your immediate accommodation upon landing. These companies don’t charge you, instead, they make money by charging referral fees to all the professionals they refer you to. Their involvement with connecting you with a Realtor is as so:

1. They have a list of Realtors who throw their name in the bucket for relocating services.
2. They charge a referral fee to the Realtors.
3. You are in no way obligated to use the Realtor that was referred to you, but if you choose to use both the relocation services and your own Realtor, your Realtor must be comfortable paying the referral fee.

We enjoy working with Relocating families, because we’ve immigrated a few times ourselves and we know how tough it is.

You're immigrating on your own accord

If you’re immigrating to the GTA, and are facilitating your own move, completing your own paperwork, and are comfortable finding your own short-term accommodation (Airbnb), then you don’t need a relocation company. Canada is the 4th country we’ve moved to, and we have never hired a relocation service. We know the steps and the paperwork that you might not think of just yet. You have a house or apartment that is perfect as an Executive rental

There are many reasons why you might want to focus on renting your property out as an Executive Rental. Relocating families are usually looking for long-term rentals, around 1-2 years or more. Many of our clients also think a professional family that is relocating will take better care of their home.
