We cannot post the VIP price list without the builder’s permission, but prices start at $1,285 and end at $1,439, with 5 of their models being under $1.4m.

 

The builder is aiming to have these homes ready for October-November 2021, but with Covid delays, it could take till 2022 to complete these homes.
